Our artisan bread is fresh baked every single day. During weekdays, we roll out traditional French style breads in a two popular shapes:
- Traditional Baguettes: These hand shaped loaves have a harder crust thanks to the unique steaming process they undergo during baking.
- Artisan Batard: A large artisan loaf with a soft crust and chewy inside.
We also regularly produce sandwich loaves in two varieties:
- White: Starting with 100% Organic, unbleached and unbromated white flour from Salt Lake City, this hearty white loaf is full of flavor and perfect for sandwiches.
- Honey Whole Wheat: This hearty loaf is made with 100% whole wheat flour and slightly sweetened with a bit of local honey.
Our specialty Rosemary Ciabatta bread is produced every weekend and is available both in the store and at the New Braunfels Farmer’s Market.
